I receive too many emails

We always try to keep you informed as best as possible, but that sometimes results in a high number of e-mails. Fortunately, it is possible to (partially) limit this.

 In thetab Account > Settings you can find all your personal e-mail and notification settings.

Stop emails

As you can see in the screenshot, you can choose to stop some type of emails by clicking on the slider.

There are also company related emails that can be turned off or on. These are off by default. The info icon gives a little more information about what to expect.

Less/more offer emails

By default, extra quotes come after 3 per request, bundled at fixed hours. If three is not the right number, you can have this increased or decreased via your account manager or the chat.

Stop all order related emails

Some e-mails are normally (legally) required and you will not see them between the options. (e.g. order confirmations)

However, if you have multiple accounts for a company and they also receive this e-mail, you can still have your general e-mail settings turned off.

Contact your account manager, send a message in the chat or email us at [email protected].

Note: this is only possible if at least one account does receive all order confirmations from your company.

Stop all marketing emails

You can normally unfollow/unsubscribe at the bottom of the email

Alternatively, send an email to [email protected] and we will immediately remove you from our mailing lists.
