How can I reserve a machine?
You can reserve equipment in a few clicks by navigation to Hire. You can see the price or request quotes in a few steps. You select the desired category, subcategory and the desired device. In the next step you can view the specifications and in many cases also change or refine them.
Accessories can also be added by checking them. Some machines come with standard accessories and these cannot be unchecked.
After this you fill in an (indicative) start and end date. You can indicate if you also want to use the equipment during the weekend if applicable. If you're only interested in a price, it's best to request something for the next week.
In the next step we will ask you for the country and city where the equipment will be used. We need this information to determine the correct price.
In the last step we ask you for your registration details if you do not have an account yet.
We also ask you for the additional address details of the rental location and a contact person. Optionally, you can provide an internal reference, send a comment or add attachments such as photos.
It is always possible to request multiple units at once. The equipment does not have to be the same. Absolutely unique is the possibility that you place one order that is ultimately fulfilled by several rental partners.
Instantly available vs. request quotes
The majority of the construction equipment on our platform is instantly available to book. You will see the price after entering the specifications. When you are satisfied with the price, you can complete the order. The most suitable device is automatically booked with one of our rental partners. As soon as one of our rental partner confirms your request, you will receive the exact specifications of the device.
For certain categories, the availability of the device is difficult to guarantee, or we cannot calculate the price in advance. In that case, Bullswap works with a quotation system. You can easily submit a request and our rental partners will return a tailor-made offer. You can find this on our platform. Requesting a quote is also completely free of charge and without obligation. Your transaction is only binding from the moment you accept the quotation.
Rental partners will be immediately informed of your question. You will receive one or more quotes from which you can choose in no time. If you need multiple units, we immediately try to propose the most advantageous combination of quotes.
Edit or cancel rental period
You don't know the complete rental period yet or finished early? No problem, you can always change the period of a rental order as long as it has not finished. You can edit the rental period using the "edit period" button on the platform or contact us by phone.
You can cancel orders up to three days before the start without costs. It is always possible to cancel on a later moment, but cancellation fees may apply.
End rent
As with updating the period, you can terminate the rental of one or more units of your order at any time. As soon as our rental partner has colleted his equipment, he will make the necessary checks. If necessary, any additional costs will be added and a final invoice will be sent. Additional charges may include fuel consumed or damage.
