Company with multiple entities

Does your company consist of several legal entities or subsidiaries which are possibly even registered in different countries? That shouldn't pose a problem!

What does this mean in concrete terms?

As a user you can be linked to multiple "companies". This makes it possible to switch between the different companies.

It is also possible that some colleagues do not belong to all companies of your enterprise group. The permissions that a user has within a company can also vary per subsidiary. That way you can control all access to Bullswap in a fine-grained way and at the same time ensure that invoices and the like arrive at the right place.

You can ensure that billing and other settings are not the same for every subsidiary when required.

If you belong to multiple entities, you will see at the bottom left for which company you are carrying out actions. By clicking on the triangle you can switch entities.

You can easily see for which company you are placing a request and you will be given the option to switch companies at this step.

How do I add an additional (legal) entity?

You can ensure that as a user you can place orders for different subsidiaries in two ways.

  • You set it up yourself:
Pay attention: this is only possible if you have not yet added all company members to your company.
    • You log out of the platform or are looking for a colleague who does not yet have an account
    • You register a colleague (different email address) who does not yet have a Bullswap account and use the company number of the entity you want to add.
    • You navigate to the Team page
    • You click on "Add team member" and enter the email address of your user at the original company.

If everything went well, you are now attached to both companies and you can place orders for both (see above).

    • [Optional]

      • You repeat steps 1-5 for all companies you want to link
      • You add other users to the right companies
      • You change the role and/or rights of the team members
  • You let Bullswap set up your subsidiaries:
Contact your account manager with the details of the different companies for which you should be able to make orders. Don't know your account manager? Send an email to [email protected]
